Great masters of
homemade pasta art

Alfieri takes its name from Magliano Alfieri, the town in the Roero where our pasta factory is located. We wanted to emphasize that the territory, with its people, traditions and products, represent the very top scale of our values.

My father fell in love twice: the first with my mother and the second with the Langhe. It was the early seventies when Domenico Massuco founded the Pastificio Alfieri, the first Italian pasta factory dedicated to Langarola pasta, the principles are few but very clear: craftsmanship and the best raw materials that these hills can offer.

Today, after more than fifty years, I am lucky enough to work alongside my father to carry on what is no longer a job, but a passion, a passion that we want to share with you through our products.
