PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Thin sheet of egg pasta filled with a mixture of pork and raw ham. The product undergoes a preliminary pasteurization process at 85°C for 3’30” and then drying for 16 hours at approximately 67°C, followed by cooling for 20 minutes at around 15°C.
