My father fell in love twice: the first with my mother and the second with the Langhe. It was the early seventies when Domenico Massuco founded the Pastificio Alfieri, the first Italian pasta factory dedicated to Langarola pasta, the principles are few but very clear: craftsmanship and the best raw materials that these hills can offer.<\/p>
