General Terms and Conditions for an E-commerce of Food Products in Switzerland
1. Introduction and Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “General Conditions”) govern the distance selling of food products made available via the internet on the website
www.alfierisuisse.ch
(hereinafter the “Site”) and regulate the related payment and delivery in compliance with Swiss law.
The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: Alfieri Suisse S.A. Alfieri Suisse Sagl, with its registered office in

CHE-399.575.630 (hereinafter “Alfieri Suisse”).
The person who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter “Customer”) is required, before sending
the order, to carefully read these General Conditions – which constitute a binding agreement – made available to them on the Site and which will be accessible at any time by
the Customer also through the link contained in the order confirmation email.
2. Object of the Contract
These General Conditions govern the sale of food products offered by Alfieri Suisse
through the Site.
3. Product Information
The essential characteristics and prices of the food products for sale are reported on the page
related to each product. The images of the products are indicative and may not exactly correspond
to the actual product.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
The prices of the products are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes and
duties. The Customer can make the payment by credit card, PayPal, or other methods indicated on the Site.
5. Delivery of Products
Alfieri Suisse ships the products within 24 hours of the order, THIS TIMING IS NOT
ACCURATE: OUR DEPARTURES TO SWITZERLAND ARE EVERY TUESDAY, SO
ALSO PRIVATE ORDERS WILL DEPART ON THE OCCASION OF THE WEEKLY LOAD and the
delivery takes place within 48 hours by express courier. Delivery is made to the address
indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. Alfieri Suisse is not responsible for any delays
in delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen events.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract
without providing explanations and without any penalty within 14 days from the receipt of the products, provided that the products have not been opened or used and are returned in their original condition. DUE TO LOGISTICAL REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to Alfieri Suisse
via email to ordini@alfierisuisse.ch or mail to [postal address] within 14 days.
7. Warranty and Conformity Defects
In case of defects in the conformity of the products, the Customer has the right to replacement or refund, after
communication to Alfieri Suisse within two months from the discovery of the defect. Alfieri Suisse commits to
replace the defective product or refund the Customer within 30 days from receipt of the
communication and the defective product.
8. Protection of Personal Data
Alfieri Suisse processes the Customer’s personal data in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA). The personal data collected during the purchase process are used exclusively for
the execution of the contract and will not be communicated to third parties without the Customer’s consent.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and Alfieri Suisse is governed by Swiss law. For the resolution
of any disputes arising from the interpretation, execution, or termination of these
General Conditions or individual purchase orders, the court of the Customer’s domicile is competent, if
located in Switzerland.
10. Changes to the General Conditions
Alfieri Suisse reserves the right to change these General Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Site and will
apply to sales concluded after such publication.
11. Acceptance of the General Conditions
The Customer, by sending their purchase order electronically, unconditionally accepts and
undertakes to comply with these General Conditions in their relationships with Alfieri Suisse. Sending
the order implies knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions.
